It was a fantastic experience. We also had the pleasure of meeting Fatimazahra and Khadija, who were very welcoming and helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. We highly recommend them. The only disappointment was the lack of language skills among some staff members, which made communication with the different services a bit difficult. The location is perfect, situated halfway between the old city and downtown.

exceptional stay! The hotel matched the description perfectly, the location was ideal, and the staff, especially Soufian, was extraordinarily accommodating. Soufian stood out with his ability to anticipate our desires, making our stay unforgettable. His hospitality revealed the true beauty of the hotel and Oujda. Soufian even metaphorically turned water into wine, making dreams come true. I almost every night dream of that magical time by the pool, where Soufian seemed to walk on water. An experience that exceeded expectations and touched hearts. Soufian, we love you!

This is an elegant clean spacious hotel. My room was a beautiful suite with a great view of the pool. The bathroom was huge and elegant and the shower was divine. These things matter when you’ve been traveling all day in North Africa. The staff was incredible… from the doorman to the concierge to the waiter in the lobby… all wonderful. Room service was delicious. The server who delivered it was so kind and hospitable. They even brought a complimentary plate of fruit and deserts just to say welcome to Oudja. It’s super close to the train station. My train didn’t depart until 9pm but the staff took care of my luggage and let me hang in the lobby and read while I waited. I was offered tea many times. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Wonderful experience.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The place is excellent, with a lovely pool in the evening and a delicious breakfast. The Spanish restaurant is also a highlight. The service is top-notch, and the harmony among the staff is evident. The overall atmosphere reflects a positive work and company environment. The decor is tasteful and creates a pleasant ambiance. It was an unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend to others. I truly felt at ease during my stay.

Best hotel in Oujda good staff they are professional it was comfortable especially they guy on the reception desk Sofuan talking nicely and make everything for me easy Honestly and grateful ☺️ I will always stay in this hotel because of him ❤️ best regards

I had the pleasure of staying at Terminus City Center during my recent trip to Oujda, and it was truly a memorable experience. Staff were super helpful especially Rabha as she spoken English fluently which helped make our stay more enjoyable. All the staff called her constantly for assistance when we had a question or query. Overall the hotel was lovely and a great location.

Excellent stay at the Terminus. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we had excellent conversations with the doorman, Abdessamad. The rooms were also much bigger than expected! Would recommend this hotel and stay here again in the future.

We stayed for one night . The hotel is amazing , we booked a room for 2 but they gave us a suite, it was very comfortable, the room smells so nice , professional and very hospitable staff, the food/buffet is very good and delicious. It was a delightful stay.
